Play Therapy

Play Therapy recognizes that children’s deepest thoughts and feelings often show up not in words, but in play. This evidence-supported approach allows children to use toys, creativity, and imagination to explore emotions, solve problems, and build confidence at a pace that feels right for them.

In our therapeutic playroom, every item is intentionally selected to support growth and healing. You may see puppets, art materials, a sand tray with miniatures, dollhouses and figurines, sensory tools, nurturing toys, musical instruments, and even a bop bag for physical expression. These materials create a safe, engaging space where children can learn, experiment, and build confidence.

Build confidence at a pace that feels right for them.
